Do you have Free WIFI?
Yes we have FREE WIFI throughout Brookfield_Hall, just connect to “Brookfield Guest”
How big is your car park?
We have FREE parking for upto 90 cars.
Can I bring my own food / arrange my own catering?
No, due to health and safety our policy is all catering must be provided by ourselves
No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue and our security teams will undertake searches at the door to ensure this is adhered to.
Do you have disabled access and facilities?
Yes there is a ramp to the main entrance and two disabled toilets.
Do you have Baby changing facilities ?
Yes one in the ladies toilet and one in the disabled toilet so men can change the baby if needed
Can I view the venue before booking ?
Yes, of course, you can. We can arrange a viewing for you to come and see the venue at a time that suits you.
Do I need to pay a deposit ?
Yes, you have to pay a deposit to secure the venue for your wedding, party and event.
I have an allergy or dietary requirement can you cater for me ?
Yes all food is cooked fresh on site the chef will make sure all allergen and dietary requirements are catered for.
Can I pay for an event monthly?
Yes you can pay by monthly instalments, the last payment must be made a month before the event.
What is the venue drug policy?
We have a zero tolerance on drugs our security team will perform check at the door, if found, any drugs will be confiscated, and the person will be refused entry.

Do you have projector screens?
Yes we have screens available free of charge for use with your own projector, we also have projectors available for hire.
Do you have large screen TV's?
Yes we have large screen TV’s available.
